For us, transparency is key as we strive to meet your needs and work with our vendors to navigate extended wait times and shipping delays. We know you know - and hear it from us and many other retailers too - but the global pandemic has effected the overall supply chain.
Unfortunately, caught in these disruptions are extensive manufacturing delays, unprecedented congestion at shipping ports, a shortage of truck drivers and mandatory COVID-19 safety precautions to keep warehouse teams safe and so, vendor supply chains continue to experience immense pressure. But we're doing our best to get you the products you need while managing expectations for everyone.
